This is a Collins KWM-1 10,15,20 meter transceiver. This was the first transceiver Art Collins manufactured for the amateur community. The first amateur operator to actually put one of these on the air is Ted Henry from Henry Radio. The distributors of Great high power amplifiers. He just received a pro-type from Art Collins one day before his wife, and himself headed out to the South Pacific for a DX'pedition. This happen in 1958 or 1959. There is a article in QST about the whole adventure.
